At Watch Gang, we want to ensure your timepiece exceeds your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Watch Gang account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the watch in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and tags that were included in your shipment.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the watch is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
